How much does a visit cost?

On-site visits start at $125/hr (1-hour minimum). Remote sessions start at $50 for 30 minutes. Have a few things to tackle? Flat-fee bundles for common jobs—setup, training, multi-device tune-ups—come in below the hourly rate. All rates are before Washington State sales tax.

What areas do you serve?

I'm currently serving Duvall and Carnation. Monroe, Woodinville, and Redmond coming soon—or contact me if you're nearby!

Are you good with seniors?

Absolutely. Patient, unhurried support is kind of my thing. No jargon, no sighing—just clear help and written instructions if you want them.

Do you sell computers or equipment?

Nope. I don't sell hardware or push products—just honest help with what you already have or plan to buy yourself.
